Frequently asked Questions

~During our session I saw that you took so many pictures, why don't I get to see all of them? Can I have the unedited photos?~
{During our customized session we will take several photos of the exact or near exact pose to ensure that the light, exposure, and subject is optimal. You will receive a gallery of all edited photos only. It is in my best interest to present the client with as many photos as possible. }   {You may not view or have any unedited images. All images taken by A City on a Hill Photography are the sole property of Jennifer Deloye and shall be used as such} 

~Can I purchase pictures from A City on a Hill Photography to print at my location of choice online or at a store?~
The purpose of a digital CD is for you to keep images safe and available should you request future prints after your time of purchase from your gallery.{Images can be purchased at this time per image or on a CD (in a package). The client is given printing rights up to size 8x10. You may choose to have your pictures not printed with our quality lab prints however A City on a Hill Photography or Jenn Deloye cannot guarantee any images that are printed somewhere other than our lab. There is a difference in printing. I always recommend allowing me to crop, prepare, and calibrate your images for printing with my lab. It's my job!}

~What do I wear for my photo shoot?~
{I suggest viewing google images of an example of a photo session type you are having in google images. (ie: family session, newborn session, Senior Session) I also recommend viewing my facebook business page or visit my website (see contact me tab on this blog) and viewing what my other clients have chosen. You may also call me or email me at any time to discuss your choices. 

~Where do you do most of your photo shoots?~
{I have many areas that I have found throughout the Greensboro, Browns Summit, Oak Ridge area. I am willing to go most locations as long as permitted by the owner of the property. Depending on the theme of your customized photo session we will most likely go downtown Greensboro, fields, farms, small ponds, and parks.}

~How do you charge for your photo session fees and printing prices?~
{I began shooting for clients at no charge to build my portfolio, I am currently charging for compensation of time and talent with my portfolio building prices. Check my website for investment pricing. If you do not see your session description please email me for pricing. NOTE: These current prices will change by 2013 and will be full charged session fees. 
Prints are currently priced per print, per digital print, and package pricing. The High Resolution CD is only available in package pricing at this time.}
